Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time. Specific lead times will be detailed on the product page.

Shipping Costs

To make shipping more affordable, we’ve introduced flat-rate pricing:

  • Europe: Shipping costs €7.50
  • USA: Shipping costs €14.99 
  • Rest of the World: Shipping costs €19.99 - 49.99

Delivery Time Estimates

  • USA: 5-7 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • UK: 3-7 business days
  • Australia: 10-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs processing delays.

 

Return Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was sent.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selection (all dimensions are clearly listed on the product page).

Please note: All items are made to order to maintain the highest quality, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges for non-eligible reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items (if an exception is made).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • For lost packages, contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Customs and International Orders

  • Returns are not accepted for delays caused by customs or international shipping regulations.
  • Any customs fees or import taxes paid are non-refundable.
